In congressional races, state Representative Marvin Parks of Greenbrier faces Maumelle businessman Ed Garner for the Republican nomination for the Second Congressional District seat in central Arkansas. Democrat incumbent Vic Snyder has no opponent in his party`s primary. The winner of the Republican primary tomorrow will face Snyder in November.
