Park Plaza Mall sold to investor

Little Rock`s Park Plaza Mall has been sold to a new investor. The owner of the mall in the center of Little Rock did not name the buyer -- the sale has not been completed yet. But an official with First Union Real Estate Equity and Mortgage says the party paying 77-point-five (m) million dollars for the mall is a real estate investment trust.
