The man in charge of former President
Clinton`s archive for the past four years has been named the first
director of the Clinton Presidential Library.
The 165 million-dollar presidential center is being built on
the banks of the Arkansas River in downtown Little Rock.
Clinton said in a news release yesterday that David Alsobrook
has the experience, credentials and temperament needed to guide and
direct this library.
Alsobrook built a 27-year career working in presidential
libraries for the National Archives. That includes three years as
director of the George H.W. Bush Library in College Station, Texas.
