Toad Suck Daze Hampered By Rain

Toad Suck Daze`s turnout won`t set a record this year.
Rain kept the crowds away, causing several vendors and scholarship funds to lose money.
"It does hurt when we don`t make as much," says Phyllis Fry, of the Conway New Lions Club, which raises money for scholarships.
"It means a little bit less that we`re able to help people," she said.
Last year, 175,000 people attended Toad Suck Daze. Final numbers weren`t yet available for this year.
