Hefty bonds are keeping a captured fugitive and
a woman once assumed to be missing behind bars in Van Buren County.
Bond for Mark Holsombach and Ann Throneberry was set yesterday.
His bond is $1 million and Throneberry`s bond is
$700,000. Holsombach is charged with attempted capital
murder and Throneberry is charged with a felony charge of hindering
apprehension.
Investigators say they now believe Throneberry was never missing
but instead was near the cabin where Holsombach and William Frazier
were living, and fled with them after a shootout with law officers.
A manhunt for Holsombach and Frazier began March 22nd, when
state police trying to serve warrants at the cabin near Alread were
fired on and one trooper was wounded.
Officials also had wanted to question the pair in the
disappearance of their neighbors, Ann Throneberry and her husband,
Ted, who remains missing.
Holsombach and Ann Throneberry were arrested in Newton County on
Friday after they walked out of the woods together. Frazier was
arrested in Johnson County over the weekend.
