The second man who police have been looking for for two weeks was taken into custody this morning at Coal Hill. State police say 28-year-old William J. Frazier was spotted by a Johnson County sheriff`s deputy as Frazier was walking along Highway 64 and the deputy picked him up. Frazier was taken to the county jail in Clarksville. Frazier was wanted by authorities, along with Mark Holsombach, in the shooting of a state police trooper last week. The trooper was shot as he was helping serve warrants on the two men at a cabin near Alread. Authorities also wanted to question the two men about the disappearance of their neighbors, Ted and Ann Throneberry. Yesterday, Holsombach and Ann Throneberry were picked up in southern Newton County and taken to the Van Buren County jail. Authorities say they now believe Ann Throneberry was at the cabin when the trooper was shot, and she ran off with the two men. Van Buren County Sheriff Scott Bradley says investigators suspect Ted Throneberry is no longer alive. The search continues today for him.
