North Little Rock police are questioning a man who was arrested today after allegedly shooting at other motorists while driving on eastbound Interstate 30. Witnesses told police Michael A- Kuntz was firing a gun out of the window of his red Firebird this afternoon while driving erratically. Kuntz is also said to have run at least one person off the road. Police say an off-duty officer saw a gun being waved out of Kuntz`s window and called for backup officers. Twenty-seven-year-old Kuntz, who`s a parolee, was arrested on several charges. An Oak Grove resident whose vehicle was shot was unhurt. Arkansas State Police are now working the investigation. F-B-I agents this month arrested a man who had been shooting at motorists for ten months along a 50-mile stretch of Interstate 270 near Columbus, Ohio. Posted by Mike Hellgren
