Pine Bluff Arsenal Delays Start Of Chemical Weapons Destruction

Pine Bluff Arsenal officials say the start of
destruction of chemical weapons at the site will begin no earlier
than July. The arsenal had planned to start incinerating chemical
weapons in April.
Project manager Mark Greer says the delay is not an indication
that there are problems with equipment. He says the arsenal is
going on with testing and making sure is safety processes work.
The arsenal houses blister and nerve agent that are to be
incinerated.
