Federal prosecutors today say they have captured fugitive lawyer Bobby Keith Moser after more than a month of tracking him halfway around the world. Moser is wanted on charges that he defrauded his clients and engaged in improper financial transactions. Moser, who is from Little Rock, has been on the run since mid-February when he was scheduled to appear in a Detroit court on unrelated charges and didn`t show up. Moser was indicted this month on four charges in a case involving 500-thousand dollars of stolen money. Federal agents found him in Madagascar, one of the world`s largest islands, off the southeast coast of Africa. They traced his travel from Little Rock to Toronto, Canada; to Paris, France; and then on to Madagascar.
