Five municipal airports in Arkansas will
receive a total of almost $1,366,000 in
grants from the federal Department of Transportation The grants
will be used for the airports to conduct studies, make safety
improvements, and rehabilitate equipment.
The Arkansas congressional delegation announced the grants. The
grants were:
--$58,955, Magnolia Municipal Airport.
--$75,000, Morrilton Municipal Airport.
--$83,111 Clarksville Municipal Airport.
--$150,000 Blytheville Municipal Airport.
--$998,634 Sharp County Regional Airport.
