The president of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway says he`s taking a "hardline" against campus drinking. Lu Hardin estimates 28 percent of students binge drink on a daily basis. That`s significantly lower than the national average of 44%, according to a Harvard study. "It`s our goal to eliminate that number or bring it down to a very, very low number," says Hardin. The campus is in Faulkner County which forbids the sale of alcohol. Residents must buy alcohol outside of the city limits.
