Federal grand jurors are indicting three Pine Bluff men on drug distribution and firearm charges. Anthony "Velle" Brown, age 28, 26-year-old Horace "Chico" Hudson and 36-year-old Frederick Tyrone Thurman are accused of conspiracy to distribute cocaine. U-S Attorney Bud Cummins says all three face charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 10 pounds of cocaine, conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of crack cocaine and other drug-related charges. Thurman is charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine. Hudson and Brown are charged with being felons in possession of firearms on several specific dates. Cummins` office says if convicted as charged, the defendants would face sentences of not less than 10 years in prison for some of the drug and weapon charges. Posted by Mike Hellgren
