In Conway, flags will be flown at half-staff today through Wednesday in honor of a soldier who died in a helicopter crash in Iraq. The remains of First Lieutenant Adam Mooney were found earlier this month. His widow, Katie Mooney, is from Conway and returned home to be with her family after her husband was deployed. Mooney was one of two American soldiers who died on a rescue mission when their helicopter crashed into the Tigris River near Mosul, Iraq, on January 25th. His funeral is set for tomorrow in his hometown of Cambridge, Maryland.
