A federal judge in Detroit has issued an arrest warrant for an Arkansas attorney who failed to show up for a hearing in U-S District Court. Little Rock-based attorney Bobby Keith Moser was expected to plead guilty Tuesday to charges issued in both Michigan and his home state. He was charged in Arkansas with attempting to defraud the I-R-S and also faced charges of conspiracy, money laundering and obstruction of justice brought by the U-S Department of Justice`s Anti-Trust Division in Detroit. He never appeared for the plea hearing in Detroit, and U-S District Judge Nancy Edmunds issued the warrant yesterday. Posted by Mike Hellgren
