Updated: January 7, 2009
The Magic Springs amusement park at Hot Springs faces a hearing tomorrow on whether it can sell beer and wine. The group "Mothers Against Drunk Driving" filed objections with the state, and the matter is to come up tomorrow morning before the Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Last month, the commission denied the park`s application because of resident opposition. The park is appealing that decision. Several years ago, the park applied but withdrew its plan because of objections raised. The Magic Springs amusement park at Hot Springs faces a hearing tomorrow on whether it can sell beer and wine.
