Man with 40 year criminal history on the run

Faulkner County sheriff`s office needs your help in finding Louis Ray Jones. Jones was wanted out of Texarkana for sexually assaulting a child. Police say he has run from lawenforcement 3 times in Arkansas in recent months. He is a 62 year old white male, 5`5" tall with green eyes. He speaks with a speech impediment. He has been in and out of prison since 1958. If you see him call 501-450-4914 or 911.
