Speaking to a crowd of 900 tonight in Manchester, New Hampshire`s Palace Theater, Wesley Clark made the following statements regarding President Bush`s State of the Union address: "It`s all smoke ands mirrors designed to hide the stark fact that he has no real vision for the future and no real plan to get us there." --- dash --- On Bush`s job-training proposal: "He`s proposing to send $15 for each unemployed worker; that`s not much more than a bus ticket to a training center, lunch and a coffee and its an insult to America." --- dash --- "Two years after President Bush coined the phrase `Axis of Evil` we`ve got a new axis of evil one our president created -- it`s an axis of fiscal policy that threatens out future, foreign policy that threatens our security and domestic policy that puts our families dead last."
