LRPD Sponsors Local Family

A Little Rock Police officer brought holiday cheer to one local family. Officer Cindy Dycus sponsored the Brooks family of Little Rock. She convinced several local businesses to donate gifts. Dycus and several workers from LRPD and Veteran`s Hospital brought gifts to four little girls. The girls are Betty Brooks` granddaughters. Dycus met Brooks, a custodian, while patrolling the River Market. Arvest Bank donated more than forty gifts and toys. Dycus says she also received support from other River Market businesses.
