Man Wanted In Pine Bluff Nightclub Shooting

Pine Bluff police are looking for a man wanted in the death of a Texas man and wounding of another person. Joshua Lee Howe of Pine Bluff is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in the death of 24-year-old Charles Dobbins of Texas and the wounding of 24-yer-old Terry M-Collins of Pine Bluff. Both were shot early Sunday outside of a nightclub. The death was the 19th in Jefferson County this year and the 17th reported inside the Pine Bluff city limits. Posted by Mike Hellgren
