An Arkansas Tech student is pleading innocent to charges that he stole the identity of another student to defraud a Massachusetts company out of almost 14-thousand dollars. Anthony Adsete Dsane is being held in federal custody. A trial is scheduled for January 26th. The 21-year-old is accused of fraudulently using the personal information of another student to defraud a Massachusetts financial group out of federally-funded and privately-funded student loans. A grand jury indicted Dsane on six counts of mail fraud.
