Nexstar Names Vaughn VP/GM of LR Television, E-Media Operations

Today's appointment marks Mr. Vaughn's return to Little Rock and KARK-TV, where he served from 2004 to 2006 as Director of Sales for all of Nexstar's Arkansas television operations. In a career that includes work in both radio and television, Mr. Vaughn also served as General Sales Manager for Nexstar's KNWA-TV in Fayetteville/Ft. Smith and spent seven years as an Account Executive and Local Sales Manager KSFX-TV in Springfield, Missouri. A native of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Mr. Vaughn has demonstrated successful leadership in both broadcasting and the communities he serves. He is currently on the Advisory Board for the minor league baseball team The Naturals, serves on the leadership council for The Walton Arts Center, coaches youth sports and is involved in youth projects in his community.
