Hunters Answer The Call At World Duck Calling Competition

An Iowa man was named this years winner at the 68th Annual World Championship Duck Calling Contest. Todd Copley beat out 67 contestants in the five-hour competition. Copley walked away with a $8,000 and several paid endorsements. John Stephens, a Stuttgart native, was the runner-up for the second year in a row. The duck calling contest was part of the week-long Wings Over the Prairie Festival. Other contests included a duck gumbo cookoff and a duck dog championship.
