Oops! Watch Out For That Extra Entergy Bill

About thirty-thousand Entergy Arkansas customers across the state received two copies of their electrical bills because of a printing error. Entergy Arkansas officials said today that its printing vendor in Dallas accidentally printed and mailed two copies for the entire billing cycle Spokesman James Thompson says customers can discard one of the identical bills and pay the other as usual. The error will not affect bills that use automatic withdrawals from bank accounts. Posted by Mike Hellgren
