Update: Parents Charged In Child Fire Death

Formal charges are filed against the parents
of a 10-year-old Clarksville girl who burned to death in a house
fire while chained to her bed.
Lloyd Holt and Teresa Dick are each charged with manslaughter
and first-degree false imprisonment.
Johnson County Prosecutor David Gibbons filed the charges today.
The body of Molly Holt was found November 10th by authorities
who responded to the fire, which they say was accidental.
Investigators found the girl chained by her ankles to the bed.
Molly`s parents and their two other children had escaped the fire.
Gibbons says the couple remain in jail on 100-thousand dollars
bond each. They are to be arraigned January 15th.
