In northeast Arkansas, former Marked Tree teacher and coach Rob Jennings has been accused of more than twenty counts of improper sexual behavior involving boys, including two counts of rape. Jennings appeared in Poinsett County Circuit Court this morning in Harrisburg. Bond was set at 10-thousand dollars. Authorities say they gathered evidence from five males who were students in the Marked Tree school system at the time of the alleged violations -- between 1991 and 1997. Jennings, who resigned in April, was charged with 23 crimes.
