They think the cross-dresser may be the same man who wore a Spiderman mask earlier this week to hold-up a Wendy's restaurant.
Both crimes happened on the west side of town.
The latest robbery was just before nine o'clock last night inside the USA Drug at 11108 North Rodney Parham Road.
When officers arrived on the scene, a pharmacist on duty described the suspect as a white man who was dressed as a woman.
He said the suspect approached the pharmacy counter with a note demanding narcotics before pulling a black semi-auto pistol from a purse and displaying it without pointing it at anyone.
After the suspect was given four bottles of narcotics, he ran outside where a witness saw him walk from the parking lot to a parked vehicle.
The vehicle was described as black with no license plate.
Police describe the suspect as 6' to 6'2" tall and about 170 pounds.
Officers say he was wearing a scarf, purple blouse, black slacks and carrying a large blue purse.
The Wendy's hold-up was early Tuesday morning on Colonel Glenn Road near I-430.
Shortly after that hold-up, police said the suspect may also have robbed a Domino's restaurant on Chenal and a Holiday Inn near Colonel Glenn Road and I-430 within the past several days.
