Little Rock Woman Named Ice Cream Queen

Stephanie Eubanks walked away with the coveted blue ribbon for her Caramel Pecan Delight Ice Cream recipe. It was the second time she walked away with a prize. Eubanks won second place at last year`s state fair. Five families competed in the homemade ice cream contest. The grand prize includes $75. Second and third place winners get $50 and $25 cash prizes, respectively.
