Tribute For Johnny Cash Planned In Nashville

A musical tribute to the late Johnny Cash, an Arkansas native, will be held November 10th at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Sheryl Crow, Hank Williams Junior, Jack Clement, Steve Earle, Larry Gatlin and Cash`s daughter, Rosanne, are scheduled to perform. And Cash publicist Lou Robin says discussions also are under way with Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and Bono. Tickets to the event will be free but details on how to get them are still being arranged. Cash, a 12-time Grammy winner, died September 12th at age 71 of complications from diabetes. His hits included "Folsom Prison Blues," "Ring of Fire" and "A Boy Named Sue."
