Employees with Comcast Cable gave something back to the community today.
Today marked the 3rd anniversary of "Comcast Cares Day."
More than 100 Comcast workers teamed up with the City of Little Rock and some volunteers from the Hispanic community to make improvements to Wakefield Park.
Crews painted bleachers, installed benches and sprinklers and just did some general cleaning up.
"Because there`s so many children, we`d come over in early planning meetings and look. We really wanted to get the playgrounds in good shape and get everything cleaned, steam cleaning picnic tables," said Ronnie Colvin, general mananger/vice president of Comcast of Arkansas.
Nationwide, more than 25,000 employees volunteered in 36 different states.
