Former President Clinton is to be in Little Rock Friday to visit a middle school and introduce free tutoring for students who plan to college entrance exams. The William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation is teaming with the Princeton Review, a test preparation company, to offer the services. The program will include instructor training, after-school tutoring, curriculum development and online test preparation. Foundation officials say the program is to begin in Little Rock and then will be made available at reduced cost in nine other cities, including Los Angeles, Washington and Atlanta. Clinton will formally announce the program at Dunbar Middle School.
