LRAFB Sends 500 Overseas

Little Rock Air Force Base says more than 500 airmen are to be deployed this week from Jacksonville to southwest Asia. The deployment is from the 463rd Airlift group. The base says about 20 C-130 cargo aircraft are to depart from the base. The airmen will be on a 90-day rotation. They`ll carry people, supplies and equipment to support the war effort in the region.
