Johnny Cash`s music is known all over the world, but his roots are right here in Arkansas. Many residents in the City of Kingsland are mourning his loss. Neighbors say Cash often visited his hometown and even attended the dedication of the local post office. While many fans view him as a musical icon, residents say he was just an ordinary person. "He`s just a down-home country person and that`s how I remember Johnny Cash," says Jo Wegner, a Kingsland resident. "I just admired him all my life and he was a big part of my childhood growing up," say Barbara Wallace, who also lives in Kingsland. The city plans to lay a wreath at Cashs Kingsland Memorial.
