Police Say Child Died After Being Left in Day Care Van

North Little Rock Police say a three year old boy died after being left in the transport van at Smart Start Learning Center. A staff member reportedly realized the child had been left in the child safety seat in the van for several hours. Emergency medical workers tried to revive the boy but he died at a local hospital.
