Pull up Neil Klino`s driveway on a rainy day, and it hits you. "You could smell it through the whole yard," he says. "My neighbor can smell it. It`s just disgusting. It`s a sickening smell." It seems every time it rains, Klino`s yard is flooded with raw sewage. The water pressure changes so much he can`t use his toilet for days. Klino used his video camera to put the problem on tape, but says years later, the city won`t do anything about it. "They all give me different answers," he says, "different reasons, but nobody is really taking care of the problem." Klino says, minus the mess, he loves where he lives and would never consider moving. He says until something changes, he`ll just have to hold his breath, waiting for a solution while he mops up another wet mess.
