Interstate 40 Fatal Accident

A quadruple fatal accident happened this evening on Interstate 40 about 2 miles north of Forrest City. Investigators say the driver of a semi truck got choked on her coffee and hit a car. Police say that car exploded on impact, instantly killing 4 people inside. The driver of the semi was taken to a local hospital, her injuries are not said to be life threatening. State police said she has been charged with four counts of negligent homicide.
