But this week, I'm gonna talk about bream fishing because my wife is with me today and she loves to bream fish, so real quick, I'm gonna ask her a couple of questions, one, why do you not like to bass fish?
"Well, I don't like to fish with you at all, but if I've gotta fish with you, you're always turning around and you never sit in a spot long enough for me to catch anything," she says.
Well, that's not real good (Big Sarge laughs).
Okay, so you don't like to bass fish, you like to bream fish, what's some of the equipment that you like to use?
"I like a smaller pole, it's perfect for my hand. It's push button, I can handle it really well. I like crickets and lugworms, that works well for me," she says.
Okay, real good, and I know she enjoys bream fishing. I've got some hot spots on Lake Conway, let's go to the map.
Okay, I got three good spots. Hog Island is a good one, all the way around it. Further down south, to Adams Lake, all the way around Adams Lake and go up into Dix Creek, all the way up in here and you'll find them one to two feet off the bank. You need to use wax worms and crickets are working really well.
Okay anglers, the lure of the week, which you can pick up at Fish'n Stuff in Sherwood, is the Cotton Cordell red fin C-10. You can pick it up in this color right here which is the 10 series, or the 93 series.
This is Big Sarge, and I'll see you next week.
