Double Chocolate Cookies

10 tablespoons butter, room temperature
¹/2 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
15 Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Kisses with Truffle Centers

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar together until pale. Beat in the egg yolks, then add the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder to make a dough. Mix until just combined; dough will be very stiff. Turn out onto a floured mat, form into a disk, then pop it into the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Scoop a teaspoon of dough, and put a chocolate kiss into the middle of the dough. Cover the kiss with another teaspoon of dough, pressing gently all the way round to seal the edge and keep all the chocolate in. Place on a light-colored baking sheet lined with parchment paper and repeat until all dough is used.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, and eat them hot or cold. Makes 15 cookies.
