Training Tip 19: Mileage Adds up

This week the mileages are really starting to pile up.
Folks that have previously not been doing more than two to three, maybe four miles are up to 16, 18, coming up on a 20-miler.
I hope you're keeping a log and looking back on how much you've accomplished so far.
