Today, the third day of Kwanzaa, will see celebrants observing the Kwanzaa principle UJIMA or Collective World and Responsibility.
This principle encourages communities to work together and solve problems collectively.
Ujima is the third of seven principles observed during the Kwanzaa holiday which is celebrated from December 26th to January 1st.
The Pan-African tradition was created by California University professor Dr. Maulana Karenga in 1966.
