Arkansas Fishing Forecast (Oct. 18-21) with Big Sarge

CRAPPIE
Hot Spot: Lake Ouachita, fish 15-25 feet, use jigs and minnows.
Good Spot: Lakes DeGray & Greeson, if brush is 15 - 25 feet deep, fish 10 - 15 feet over the brush, minnows and worm rig best.
Lake Conway - stay on south side of lake still behind dam, use jigs (white/orange w/chartreuse head).
TROUT
Hot Spot: Little Red River, great time for fly fishermen, browns are pre-spawn, fish deep side of shoals, use sow bugs and zebra midge. For more information, call Billy at Lindsey's.
BASS
Hot Spot: Greers Ferry Lake, fish south basin and main creek channels, use spinnerbaits and jerkbaits.
Arkansas River - Fish jetties, use crankbaits (white).
HYBRIDS
Hot Spot: Greers Ferry Lake - Cove Creek and Big Dike, use top water any minnow imitation
BREAM
Still slow in all lakes
NOTE:
All lakes are still 8 to 10 feet low. Be careful. Look for stumps and underwater humps. Great time to carry a video recorder to capture some great fishing spots when the lakes are normal.
