"Meatless Monday"

It's "Meatless Monday" today in San Francisco.
Last week the Board of Supervisors offered unanimous support for Supervisor Sophie Maxwell's effort to promote a vegetarian diet.
Maxwell is a vegetarian and encourages local grocery stores and restaurants to offer more vegetarian foods.
The idea is catching on. Baltimore's Johns Hopkins Hospital will launch its own "Meatless Monday" campaign today to bring vegetarian only meals to the hospital cafe and Wellness Corner every Monday.
