Bizzarro Wins PA Rep Race for 3rd District

Democrat Ryan Bizzarro will be the next PA State Representative for the 3rd district. Bizzarro beat out Republican Jason Owen to replace current PA Rep. John Hornaman who will retire at the end of this term.
