The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has its first $100,000 winner.

The $100,000 ticket was confirmed electronically because it was scanned Sunday at The Pointer Express 2 at 3915 Kibler Road in Van Buren.

The lottery does not know who won the money and won't have the information until that person turns in the winning ticket at the Little Rock claim center.

Also today, lottery officials released latest estimates for sales and prizes:

Sales - $9,443,817
Prizes - $6,063,167
