Lottery scratch-off tickets (see photos below) go on sale at midnight on September 28th.
The scratch-offs include one $1 "3 Times Lucky" ticket, two $2 tickets titled "Arkansas Riches" and "Jumbo Bucks", plus one $5 "$100,000 Cash Bonanza" ticket.
Prizes for the first four games will range from $3,000 to $100,000, and 25-to-30-percent of the proceeds will go to scholarships.
Sixty (60)-percent of the lottery money goes to the prizes, while six-percent will go to retailers who will be selling the tickets.
Arkansans won't be able to buy Powerball tickets until October 31st, and state lottery draw game tickets don't go on sale until December 14th.
