Back to School: Battling Bullies

Now that a new school year is underway, some of the concerns that go along with it are up for discussion.

One of those concerns is bullying. It happens everywhere from the bus stop and the hallway to the cafeteria and the playground.

Marquis Cooper, a counselor with the Pulaski County Special School District shared some helpful information on KARK 4 News at 7.
