Possible Hitch for September 28th Arkansas Lottery Start Date

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery could be experiencing some set backs.

The review of a contract for draw games like Pick 3 and Pick 4 was delayed on Tuesday.

Reportedly there was a growing concern among lawmakers that the Lottery Commission was moving too fast in awarding contracts.

The Oversight Committee meets again on Thursday.

If they don't review the contract then, lottery ticket sales would not begin until after the target date of September 28th.
