If you want to run in next year's Little Rock Marathon...it's time to get up off the couch...now!

 

The Little Rock Marathon is in March, but training begins soon. 

 

That is why the Little Rock Marathon training program held a meeting tonight.  The point of the meeting is for runners to meet and become familiar with not only the race training but also with each other. 

 

Those running their first marathon are encouraged to sign up for the training program.
