After Arkansans voted for the lottery last November, the commission that will hire the lottery's Executive Director has hit a road block.

The question is, will they hire someone with experience or not?

Governor Mike Beebe says that experience is not necessary, contrary to the beliefs of  Lieutenant Governor Bill Halter, who led the charge that got the lottery on the ballot.

The lottery commission expects to review applications for the Executive Director's job next week.
