I Race to Celebrate Life
Jeannie Wilson
I race to celebrate another year of life. There isn't a cure for breast
cancer yet, but if we keep racing there will be a cure. I'm a 6 year
survivor, happy to be at the Race for the Cure each year. It means that many
others are still fighting for that cure. We won't quit, because it is our
life we're fighting for, as we walk together in pink. We also remember many,
many that are no longer with us. Their memories are in our hearts and minds.
Their survivors are in our prayers. I will forever love each lady in pink,
each man in the sidelines and each family that is honoring their loved one
that didn't survive. I pray for God's blessings on every person that races
for the cure.
