A New York lawyer from a prominent Manhattan law firm is out on bail this morning, after she apparently couldn't stand an argument outside of the courtroom involving her two children.
Forty-five-year-old Madlyn Primoff, who is a partner with the Madison Avenue firm Kaye Scholer, apparently kicked her ten and 12-year-old daughters out of her car in White Plains on Sunday night after the two siblings had been fighting.
One of her children managed to catch up with the car moments later, while the other was left crying on the roadside. A
passerby brought the ten-year-old girl to a White Plains Police Station. When Primoff later arrived at the police station to pick up her child, police arrested her for child endangerment.
